Poha : 35 gms Onion : 1 small chopped Green chilli : 2 Tomato : 1 small chopped Lemon : 1/2 Namkeen : 5 gms Saunf/ fennel : A pinch Turmeric : 2 pinch Sugar free powder : 1 tbsp Salt : According to taste
Step : wash poha in a bowl and soak it for - mins Step : transfer it into sieve/strainer , add saunf/ fennel , sugar free powder and let it dry % Step : Take one utensil ( steamer/ bhagona) fill with water. Step : turn on gas and let water heat until it produces steam . Step : now add turmeric in poha , put strainer on bhagona and cover it with a lid, cook poha poha for - mins. Stir - times in between. Step : off the flame , and add chopped onion , tomato, green chilli, namkeen and squeeze lemon.
