Ingredients (Makes 2–3 Parathas): Filling + Dough: 120g Low-fat Paneer, grated ½ cup Grated Carrot ½ cup Grated Beetroot ½ cup Chopped Onion ½ tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste ½ tsp Turmeric Powder ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp White Sesame Seeds ¼ tsp Crushed Ajwain ¼ cup Sattu (Roasted Chana Flour) 1 cup Jowar Atta Salt to taste 1 tbsp Oil (for dough) Fresh Coriander, chopped Water (for kneading) For Cooking: Ghee for toasting (1 tsp per paratha) To Serve: Protein-rich curd or homemade low-fat Greek yogurt Chutney or Achar
