ghiya(gourd,loki)-250gm curd-150gm black salt-1/2 spoon dry mint leaves
cut ghiya in small pieces add some water in it and boiled in pressure cooker for whistle
after that cool boiled ghiya and remove excess water properly and mash it
blend curd by adding some water in it
add mashed ghiya in blended curd
add black salt and mint leaves
glass of ghiya raita is ready
