garam masala 1/2tsp
amchoor powder 1/2tsp
wash n soak chana daal for min. boil daal in half cup water with salt for min. steam finely chopped cabbage .remove excess water if any let it cool .grind daal in mixer or mash it properly. add cabbage n finely chop ginger, garlic, onion n coriander n all in daal mixture.add black salt,garam masala n amchoor powder n mix well. make small tikki shape cutlet n fry with oil in a non stick pan till it become golden n crispy . serve with lemon n mint chutney n onion
