Defatted Soya flour: 50 gm
Blanched Spinach ( or green veggies) 100 gm
Minced Garlic Pod: 1 large
Red/Green chillies : 3/4 number's
Ghee 5 gm (as per Macros)
Salt+Pepper+ Chilli flakes+1/2 lemon juice
In a pan dry roast flour for - minutes
Add water and keep stirrings
Cook for - minutes
Now add Blanched Spinach
Add salt, pepper, red chilli flakes and keep cooking to upma consistency
Add lemon juice and take it off the burner
In a separate pan prepare a tadka: Add ghee, jeera and, garlic, green chilli cook for second (until garlic turn golden brown)
Add the tadka in the top of the upma
Serve hot
