Paneer: 150 gm
Onion: 100 gm
Rice flour: 30 gm
Coriander: 10 gm
Salt: As per taste
Turmeric: A pinch
Chilli powder: As per taste
In a mixing bowl take paneer, chopped onion, rice flour and mix them together.
Add turmeric, chilli powder and salt.
Now combine them together with ml of water and make equal sized balls of this mix.
Place these balls on a pre-heated appe pan on a low flame. Cook it covered for - minutes.
Now flip the balls and cook for another - minutes on medium flame.
Take them out when these balls turn crispy and golden on both sides.
Paneer Balls are ready to be served with sauce or chutney of your choice.
