Chicken breast boneless mince -100 g
Egg -1
Bread slice-1
Boiled potato-50-100 g (adjust as per your requirements)
Ginger garlic paste
Red chilli powder
Salt
Mint leaves
Corriander leaves
Cummin corriander powder
Pepper powder
Finely Chopped green chilli
Turmeric powder
Marinate chicken mince with ginger garlic paste
Brush ghee ,heat and add marinated chicken mince to a nonstick pan
Cook it with dry spices , if you want to add onion, first sauté it then add chicken Cook it till water evaporates
Cool and add salt , chopped mint leaves, finely chopped green chillies
Grind or finely shred bread slice to form bread crumbs and add to chicken mixture
Add mashed boiled potatoes and mix well
Shape them in patties or cutlets
Beat one egg , add pinch of salt to it
Brush ghee on nonstick pan ,dip patties in egg and shallow fry
