Chia seeds

yoghurt

whey protein

honey

banana

Method

Step 1

Take chia seeds, yoghurt, whey protein, honey(for sweetness)

Step 2

Cut a frozen banana into pieces

Step 3

Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend it well, until smooth, frothy and creamy

Step 4

Transfer into a glass

Step 5

Serve immediately or store in a covered jar in the refrigerator

Step 6

Garnish with chopped walnuts and raisins before serving
