500 gm Veggie ( onion, tomato and bell pepper)
200 gm Paneer
20 gm oil
1 inch cinnamon stick
t tbsp jeera
oil 20 gm
1 bay leaf
Maggie Masala magic ( optional)
Add -inch cinnamon stick, tbsp jeera to the oil and bay-leaf. Then added the onions, saute it for some time. Then the bell peppers followed by tomato. Add some salt next to the veggies.
As for the Paneer, We have diced it and then added some salt and hot water to it. Leaving it for mins (until veggies get cooked) We have added the paneer to the veggies. Stirred it for some time and finally added some Maggi masala magic (it's optional really).
