Paneer: 80 gm
Soya granules: 30 gm
Besan: 30 gm
Veggies: 275-300 gm
Oil: 10 ml
Salt and pepper: To taste
Amchoor powder: 1/2 tsp
Chat masala: 1/4 tsp
Garam masala: 1/4 tsp
Green chilies (according to taste): 1
Ginger, grated: 1 tsp
Soak soya granules in hot water for minutes and then rinse them with clean water. Squeeze out the excess water and keep it aside.
Mince vegetables of your choice, like cabbage, carrot, green beans, peas, ginger, green chillies, capsicum, etc. together in a chopper (Don't make it a puree).
In a big bowl, put together minced vegetables, cooked soya granules, crumbled paneer, all the masalas and mix it all together.
With the help of your hands, bind the mixture together. Add besan gradually as required and bind again.
Form in the shape of tikkis. Make around - pieces of the same quantity.
Heat a non-stick pan and add oil to it.
Cook tikkis on both sides. Cooking them on lower heat and for a longer duration will ensure that the tikkis turn out crisp.
Serve hot with green chutney or enjoy them on their own.
