Soya chunks - 40gm
Butter - 3gm

Curd - 20gm
Dry spices - salt, pepper powder, chaat masala, red chilly powder, cumin powder, dried mango powder.
Pomegranate- 5gm

Lime juice- 1tbsp
In a pan, add butter, let it melt on low flame and add soya chunks/granules and add all dry spices. Let it roast for about - minutes or until it becomes crunchy.
For tamarind chutney: Remove the seeds from it and add little warm water, zero calorie sweetener, salt, garlic pods, and pinch of cumin and red chilly powder and make the paste out of it.
For green chutney : Add coriander leaves, lime juice and salt and pulse it in a mixer until you get the paste.
Whisk the curd in a bowl add a pinch of salt.
In a plate, first layer the roasted soya chunks, followed by chopped onion and tomato. Top it with tamarind paste, curd and green chutney.
Garnish it with pomegranate and coriander leaves. Enjoy!
