200g Wheat flour
200 ml Soya milk
2 Tsp Apple Cidar Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
10g Almonds chopped
2 Tbsp Stevia powder
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
Step Dry ingredients Mix wheat flour, baking powder , baking soda, cinnamon powder, almonds and salt.
Step Take Soya milk and add vinegar, whisk it nicely till it curdles. Keep it aside
Step Preheat oven at *f for min
Step Wet ingredients Mix oil, stevia, vanilla essence and whisk it nicely till they get incorporated
Step Add curdled soya milk to it and whisk nicely.
Step Now mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients
Step Take cup cake moulds and add Tbsp mixture into each.I could fill cups.
Step Garnish them with chopped almonds
Step Bake them for min.
