Take gm of soaked and boiled soya chunks
Squeeze the water out of them
Add or tbspoon of curd as per taste , add pinch or of everest chat masala, (oregano,chilli flakes, ketchup, chilli sauce, schezwan etc optional but add only a little as per taste)
Mix with spoon and its ready to eat
You can adjust the soya quantity as per your need and also mix some paneer as per your dietary requirements
