Soya chunks- 25gm
Chicken boneless - 30gm
Potatoes- 50gm
Spinach- 30gm
Coriander leaves- 20gm
Ginger- 5gm
Garlic- 5gm
Dry spices: black pepper powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder/paprika, salt, chat masala
Olive oil- 5gm
Soak the soya chunks in water and let it become soft. Meanwhile, boil the potato in pressure cooker for about whistles. Then strain the water and peel off its skin
Mash the potatoes with mashed and add it to the grinded chicken
Squeeze out the water from soya chunks and grind it in the mixer so it becomes fine
In a big bowl, mix chicken, soya mixture and mashed potatoes adding ginger garlic paste and all dry spices
Keep it in refrigerator for minutes and then divide into equal portions and make tikki out of it by pressing the mixture against your palm
Brush the pan with oil and let it get cooked until it’s light caramel brown on both the sides. Enjoy😋😋
