Soya granules: 40 gm
Curd: 200 gm
Urad dal: 20 gm
Ghee/oil: 10 gm
Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
Curry leaves: 7-8 pieces
Boil soya granules, drain them and keep aside.
In a pan heat gm of ghee. Add mustard seeds, urad daal and curry leaves and let them splutter.
Add drained and squeezed soya granules.
Add salt & black pepper to taste, and stir it well.
Switch off the flame and add the beaten curd. Mix it well.
The dish is ready to serve.
