Capsicum 50gms

Salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder

Ghee 12 gms
Use gms ghee to saute paneer, capsicum and onions(all three separately) sprinkle salt and keep it aside until needed. . Heat gms of ghee in a pan and add ginger, tomatoes and green chilies(all finely chopped) . Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. . Stir well, cover lid and keep it on a low flame for to minutes. . Add sauteed paneer, capsicum and onions. . Add coriander powder and stir well. . Cover the lid and let it look for another mins on a low flame. . Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle coriander leaves. Tastes best with wheat roti.
