Garlic pods - 3
Chilli - 1
Peppercorn - 1/2 tsp
Jeera - 1/4 tsp
Coriander - Handful
Mint - 3 petals
Olive oil - 10ml
Salt as needed
Step : In a mixer add garlic, chilli, pepper, jeera, coriander & mint with very little water to grind a fine course paste. Step : In a skillet with oil add those green paste along with cleaned ( with salt & turmeric ) salmon. Step : Let it cook both side in medium flam. Step : Fish cooks in min rest is for roasting. Do not over cook which may spoil tenderness. Step : Same recipe goes well in chicken & prawn too😋
