Wheat flour - 80 gms
Diced Cheese - 135 gms
Capsicum - 100 gms
Corn - 50 gms
Onion - 40 gms
Tomato - 75 gms
Add some oregano and chilli flakes to the wheat flour and knead it with plain water. Cover it and keep it aside.
Now finely chop all the vegetables, add oregano/chilli flakes (according to your taste) and salt and mix all the vegetables
Make roti from the dough ( gm flour makes rotis). Don’t cook the roti completely, just a little bit on both sides. In the meantime, pre-bake the oven or heat a nonstick pan.
Put pizza sauce (if you wish to, but add it to your calories), then top it up with vegetables, diced cheese, and some oregano on the rotis and bake them for min in •C Or, brush very little butter (add to calories ) in a hot nonstick pan and cover with a lid. Let it cook for mins (Keep checking in between to avoid burning)
