rice 30gm

corn 15gm

ghee 5gm

jaggery 5gm

tamarind 10gm

red chilli powder , turmeric, sambhar masala

veggies of your choice, tomato, capsicum, Onion, corn

Method

Step 1

In a pressure cooker heat ghee add tempering

Step 2

add onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot , corn, dry spices , salt to taste

Step 3

add rice, good amount of water so that rice is liquid in consistency, Jaggery and tamarind pulp, pressure cook

Step 4
