Red chilli powder
Water
Salt
Add some oil in the nonstick frying pan
Fry the pomfret pieces and keep it aside
Again add some oil in the nonstick frying pan
Add chopped garlic and onions
Cook for sometime
Add green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt
Cook for some minutes
Add the fried pomfret pieces
Add some water
Cook for sometime till the water is mostly dried out
And it is ready
