capsicum-1, garlic - 5to 6pods, spring onions- as per taste, ginger -1/2inch

soak the paneer in some salt water makes it really soft
marinate the paneer in some basic spices and coat with isabgol and shallow fry.
Add oil add finely chopped ginger and garlic and fry well till almost burnt, next add the white part of spring onion and capsicum and shallo fry on full flame till almost done
Add the above sauces and paneer and mix well till they are all coated with sauces
Finally add salt and pepper as per taste and garnish with greens of spring onion
