Onion 100g (cut thinly)
Gram Flour/Besan 60g
Rice flour 10g (for crispness)
Green chillies 3-4 slit vertically (spicest ones)
Curry leaves
Jeera / Jeera powder
Salt
Olive oil 5ml
In a bowl take onions, green chillies, curry leaves, salt and jeera powder and mix well. Keep aside for a min or two.
Add besan and rice flour and mix.
Add water by spoon as you mix. Don't make it runny flour. Once mixed the flour will be sticky in your hand. Keep aside for mins.
Preheat the airfryer at °C for mins.
Place a aluminium foil in the air fryer basket, spray oil and scatter the onions with hands like you put in the typical oil kadai.
Give one more spray on top of the wet pakodas.
Bake at °C for -mins.
After mins, turn all the pakodas from foil onto the airfryer basket directly and bake for another -mins.
Keep checking in between so that they don't burn.
