Chicken 280 gms Red chilli powder : 1 tbsp ( or according to taste) Salt acc to taste Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Cinnamon stick 1 Black pepper powder : 1 tbsp Cardamom 1 Bay leaf 1 Garam masala : 1 tbsp Curd : 150 gms Onion : 1 Capsicum : 1 ( if you like)
Add all igredients (except onion and capsicum) in a bowl , and leave for hour for marination Step take non stick kadhai Step add onion and capsicum and let them cook for - mins Step now add the marinated chicken and let it cook for - mins Step stir - times in between Step note : don’t add water not even a single drop, curd will leave natural oil and that is sufficient. Step Tadda dish is ready, serve with green coriander - green Chilly chutney. Step squeeze - drops of lemon.
