Oats roasted and powdered :80gms( i have used rolled oats ) ( you can use oats of your choice)
Spinach finely chopped :25gms
Corriander leaves chopped : as per taste
Ajwain : as per taste (optional)
Green chilli chopped : 1
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder : pinch
Turmeric powder : pinch
Oil: 2gms
Luke warm water to knead
Wheat flour to roll oats parathas : 5gms
STEPS: . Add powdered oats to bowl . Add all other ingredients mentioned . Dry mix all the ingredients first . Once every thing is mixed well . Now add luke warm water little by little and knead the dough . Make sure you dont add too much water or else your dough will be soggy , just incase if this happens add some wheat flour to fix that . Now once the dough is ready make small dough balls of your comfortable size, this will make upto parathas . Roll the dough balls in wheat flour well and roll the oats parathas . Heat pan , grease some oil and cook parathas and serve it with sauce/yoghurt of your choice
