Prawns 200 gms

Cheese 30 gms

Raw English vegetables 250 GMs

Onion 50 gms

Tinned Tomato concasse 300 GMs

Oil 5 gms

Fresh cream 30 mL

Method

Step 1

Buy ready to cook prawns, Buy sliced vegetables and half cook in hot water for mins On a tawa, add oil and sauce the onion until translucent. Add prawn and sauté until they turn pink.

Step 2

Now add tomato concasse Add seasonings, salt, pepper, and dry American herbs Add chilli flakes according to your spice level

Step 3

Add some water and leave the dish for few minutes until the prawn and veggies cooked

Step 4

Prawns won’t take time to cook. They get cooked under minutes. Add cream before switching off the flame.

Step 5

Add cheese as a topping and consume piping hot

Step 6
