Lobia, unsoaked: 100 gm
Oats: 25 gm
Onion: 30 gm
Oil: 10 ml
Ginger: An inch long
Garlic: 4-5 clove
Salt: To taste
Red chilli powder: To taste
Cumin powder: 5 gm
Take overnight soaked lobia and pressure cook it for to whistles. Let the pressure come out on its own.
Grind oats in a grinder and keep them aside.
Now drain excess water from lobia and transfer it to the same grinder. Grind it to a smooth paste with ginger, garlic and little water.
Transfer the batter into a mixing bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, lime juice and combine it all well.
Divide the batter into equal portions and shape them as per your choice.
Now drizzle some oil on a non-stick pan and place kebabs in it.
Flip the kebabs after - minutes and let it cook until it becomes golden brown from both sides. Brush it with oil occasionally.
Lobia Kebabs are ready to be served.
