Milk powder: 130 gm
Sugar: 120 gm
Khoya: 60 gm
Maida: 20 gm
Milk: 35 ml
Green elaichi: 1 gm
Ghee: 45 gm
Oil: 50 gm
Water: 750 ml
For the dough:
In a bowl, add milk powder, maida, khoya, ghee and milk.
Mix all ingredients well and knead into a soft dough.
Now, take small portions and make balls out of them.
In a frying pan, add oil and put the prepared balls.
Fry till it turns slightly golden in colour.
For the sugar syrup:
In a pan add water as required, sugar, elaichi and boil till it thickens.
Allow it to slightly cool and add the prepared jamun into sugar syrup.
Soak for few minutes.
Remove from sugar syrup, garnish with chopped pista.
