Keep the paddu pan for heating . Break eggs into a bowl and beat well , and salt and chopped coriander. . In a frying pan , add ghee, mustard , jeera , green chillies, channa dal , onion and fry till onions turn translucent. . Add the fried mixture into the bowl with eggs and mix well. . Once the pan is hot, pour half of the mixture ( if it’s a small pan) and let it cook until you don’t see the liquid floating . Now flip this on to a tawa to cook on the other side . Ready to eat Note - you can also add dosa batter to the same mixture
