Ingredients 3/4 cup whole wheat flour 3/4 cup oats flour(measure and grind it) 60 grams unsalted butter 1/2 cup tightly packed brown sugar 2-3 tbsp milk( add more if requires) 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt( skip this if u r using salted butter)
Method: In a mixing bowl put both the flours , sugar ,salt and baking soda. Add room temperature butter and mix it with your fingers till u get bread crumbs texture. Add - tbsp milk gradually and make a dough. Cling wrap the dough and keep it in the refrigerator for - min to make it workable. Take out the dough and start rolling it , it wl be crumbly but don't worry accumulate everything and roll out ( roll out between parchment papers ) /
