Ingredients

chicken breast-300gms giner garlic paste 1spoon chopped onion-1 chopped green chili salt,turmeric powder, coriander powder red chili powder nd chat masala Oil for cooking-10gms

Method

Step 1

In a mixer, blend the chicken breast to make a paste.

Step 2

Add ginger-garlic-onion paste to the chicken paste and mix well then add chopped onion, green chili, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder to the mixture. Mix until it forms a uniform paste-like consistency.

Step 3

Heat a tava and add oil to it. Now take small portions of the chicken paste and shape them into tikkis (patties). Place the tikkis on the heated tava and cook them on one side for about minutes on low heat. Flip the tikkis and cook for another minutes on low heat until they are cooked through. you can enjoy this with a coriander nd mint chutney.
