Chicken breast 500g
ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
salt 1 spoon
black pepper half spoon
mixed herbs 1 spoon
chilli powder 1 spoon
green coriander 2 spoons
spring onions 2 spoons
onion 1
capcicum 1
Mince chicken breast to a very fine paste in a food processor or mixer
Add all ingredients and mix again
Make equal portions of the mixture and keep aside
Spread cling fling on a flar surface and put one portion of the mixture and roll it in cling fling to make a roung cylindrical sausage like shape
Tie knots on both sides of the cling fling
Make such rolls of all parts of the mixture
Boil water in a deep pan and add wrapped sausage rolls, heat on medium flame
Heat for minutes, remove and add to chilled water for minutes
Cut coing fling from one side and push it from other side to open
Sausages are now ready
Saute with olive oil, onion, capcicum and serve
you can also freeze them and keep for days
