Chicken breast - 100 grams
Hung curd - 125 grams
Onion diced - 25 grams
Coriander - handful finely chopped
Brown bread - 4 slices (100 grams)
Oregano, chilli flakes, salt, pepper
Boil the chicken with some salt & pepper & shred it.
To the hung curd, add chopped onion, coriander, oregano, chilli flakes, salt & some pepper.
Add the chicken & incorporate it all well by mixing.
Taste it to see if it needs some more salt, pepper or oregano. Accordingly add.
Take the bread slices and generously add the special mix on it & spread it well.
You can have it toasted or just like that based on your preferences. I liked the bread not toasted & chewy to be honest.
