Take Whole eggs and whisk them. Mix green chillies, oregano and chilli flakes as per taste. (You can also add veggies like onion, tomato, etc) Now take ml of Olive Oil on a non-stick pan, throw in your egg mix and cover lid. Let it cook on sim for minutes. Flip the Omelette and let it cook on sim with cover lid for another mins. Now, add in the cheese slice in the middle. Flip corners of the omelette to make it look like a sandwich. Hola! Your cheesy omelette sandwich without bread is ready.
