soya 30g
urad 30g
chat masala 2 tsp
cummin powder 1 tsp
Ginger grated (half inch piece)
Jeera powder 1 tsp
Stevia drops ( if required)
Salt ( to taste)
Soak urad overnight or for a few hours atleast
Boil the soya Granuels/ chunks and squeeze water out from them
grind the urad dal in the mixer first
then add soya and grind in the same mixer
mix both soya and dal in the bowl to form a thick Batter
add oil , little chilli powder ,grated ginger and salt and mix the batter well again
Brush the airfryer stand with some oil / oil spray
make small vadas from the batter place them on the and airfry for - mins at °c
then place it for - mins at °c
After its air fryed take them out and place the vadas in a bowl filled with water
Take Dahi in another bowl and add all the spices specified in the ingredients and stevia drops
Add some Salt
Whisk the dahi well
transfer the vadas from the water bowl to the curd
optional garnish with some chat masala and chilli powder...voila soya dahi vadas ready to eat ✌️
