5 gm oil and 1 gm for greasing
pinch of turmeric
1 tsp lemon. juice
salt to taste
half a packet eno
Method Mix suji, curd, lemon juice, chilli ginger paste, turmeric, oil and salt..mix it nicely Cover and Keep aside for mins. Grease the deep plate or dhokla plate with gm oil. To the mixed batter add the Eno and give a light stir and pour on the greased plate. Keep it for steam In the steamer for abt to mins And now the yummy dhokla is ready.... If you are allowed more oil... U can pour a tempering of mustard seed, sesame seeds, curry leaf and slit green chilli..over the dhokla. you can enjoy with the yummy Green chutney...
