Paneer 100 g Peanuts 10 gm Garlic 15 gm Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch Green chili Salt Pepper Chat masala

Method

Step 1

Grind/ crush Garlic, roasted peanuts, chilli, coriander leaves in a hand mixer coarse.. Crush or mash the Paneer ( I used homemade) Mix salt, pepper and coarsely ground spices and make a smooth dough of paneer.. Divide the dough into small balls and shape it as per your choice ( I made small rectangular) ones .. Spray oil or use a nonstick pan to cook it from both sides - minutes.. Take it out and enjoy with chatni or ketchup..
