Soyabean Granules: 40g
Whole wheat flour: 90g
Ghee: 10g
Capsicum: 1 small (finely chopped)
Onion: 1 small (finely chopped)
Cabbage: 1 small bowl
Ginger+Garlic+Chili (Finely minced)
Salt+Pepper
Schezwan Sauce (optional)
Note: These ingredients will churn 12-13 regular size momos.
Boil & Squeeze Soyabean granules and keep aside.
Prepare dough: Add flour + salt + / spoon ghee and prepare medium soft dough.
Filling: In a pan add ghee, to this add ginger and garlic and sautee. Add the veggies and cook well. Now add Boiled Soyabean granules, salt, pepper and green chillies and cook for minutes. Add Schezwan Sauce and keep it chill for a while.
Now divide the dough in equal parts. (I made pcs.) Roll it into small circular tortillas. You may cut same size sheets using a cutter. Now stuff it with the Soyabean filling and give desired shape.
Greese the plate and the momos using a silicon brush. Pre heat the streamer. Steam the momos on slow flame for minutes.
Give it a minutes stand by time and they are ready to serve.
