Cumin/jeera seeds

Salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder

6 gm ghee

Method

Step 1

Boil soy chunks in hot water for min

Step 2

Put ghee in a pan, let it get hot

Step 3

Put jeera let it sputter, put asefoteda

Step 4

Put chopped tomato, let it get soft

Step 5

Put salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder mix well and put little water

Step 6

As soon as it boils put soya chunks

Step 7

Garnish wish coriander leaves
