40 GMs soya nuggets- soaked in hot water for 4-5 hours or boiled
100 GMs spinach- blanched
2 tsp- chopped onion
1-2 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 tsp sattu
5 GMs ghee
Powders to taste- salt, aamchur, red chilli, garam masala
For garnish- chat masala, lemon juice and some onion rings
Step - squeeze all the excess water from the nuggets
Step - in a mixie, add the nuggets, blanched spinach, chillies, ginger and chopped onion and make it to a paste
Step - transfer the paste into a container, add all the powdered masalas and sattu
Step - make small discs or Tikkis and roast on both sides with ghee on a hot tawa or an appe pan. ( I have used an appe pan)
Step- transfer on a serving dish, sprinkle some chat masala and lemon juice and serve hot with green chutney and onion rings.
