Ingredients

Bovine Colostrum

Cow milk

Jaggery / sugar

cardamom and ginger powder.

Method

Step 1

mix ml of Raw Colostrum and ml milk.

Step 2

Add gms or sugar / jaggery.

Step 3

mix it well till sugar / jaggery is completely dissolved.

Step 4

sprinkle cardamom and ginger powder.

Step 5

put the vessel in a pressure cooker and let it cook till whistles.

Step 6

let it cool down and keep it in the fridge overnight.
