Boiled Soya chunk 30gm Boiled potatoes 30 gm Coriander chatni 10 gm Tamarind chatni 10 gm Curd 50 gm Onion 50 gm Tomato 30 gm Lemon juice Salt Chat masala Chilly powder Zeera powder Turmeric powder Ghee 5 gm Splenda pinch full
Stir fry boiled and squeezed soya and boiled potatoes with all the spices except chat masala and lemon juice.. . Beat curd with salt, Splenda and zeera powder and keep aside.. serve fried soya , potatoes in a plate, garnish it with chopped onion, tomatoes and lemon juice.. . Pour beaten curd, put tamarind chatni and coriander chatni, sprinkle chat masala, salt zeera powder..
Note:- I make homemade tamarind chatni with stevia/ Splenda and keep it in a bottle in fridge.. It lasts more then a month and hardly has any calories..
