Water
Boil mushrooms and green peas. . Heat gms ghee in a pan and saute onions . Keep it aside for further use. . Separately heat gms ghee and saute paneer. . Keep it aside for further use. . Add tomatoes, green chilies, ginger and garlic in sauted onions and grind. . Heat gms ghee in a pan and add grinded paste. . Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. . Stir well for minutes. . Cover the lid and let it cook for minutes on a low flame. . Add paneer, boiled green peas and mushrooms. . Add ml water and coriander powder,let it boil on a high flame for to minutes. . Cover the lid and keep it on a low flame for to minutes. . Turn off the flame and sprinkle coriander leaves. . Transfer to a serving bowl.
