Mushroom: 100 gm
Paneer: 50 gm
Carrot: 50 gm
Corn: 50 gm
Beans: 50 gm
Cabbage: 50 gm
Oil/butter: 5 ml
Ginger: 3 gm
Garlic: 3 gm
Salt: As per taste
Black pepper powder: As per taste
Water: 300 ml
In a soup pot or thick bottom saucepan, heat oil or butter.
Add finely chopped ginger and garlic to it and sautue it. Add finely sliced mushroom and sautue for another - minutes.
Now add finely chopped carrot, corn, beans, cabbage, paneer and sautue for another minute on high flame.
Add water, salt and pepper it. Cover the pan and let it simmer for - minutes.
Now turn off the flame and serve it hot. To enhance the taste, add chopped spring onion and coriander leaves.
