Milk 230 ml
Rice flour 25 grams
Medium Apple 1/2 chopped
Pomegranate seeds 1/4 cup
Grapes chopped 1/4 cup
Raw Stevia 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder 1 pinch
Take rice flour in a bowl and mix some milk to make it a thick paste make sure there are no lumps or no dry flour remaining
Boil the milk in a pan and add the paste to it and let it cook for few minutes and donβt forget to stir it until it becomes a thick dosa batter consistency
Now add the stevia and cardamom powder and stir until the raw flavor of stevia will be gone
Make sure you get the desired consistency and switch off the flame let it sit for a while to get room temperature
Now mix all the fruits chopped and keep refrigerated until you serve believe me no ice cream or custard is equal to this it healthy and tasty dessert to fix the sweet tooth π
