Chicken, boneless: 200 gm
Curd: 100 gm
Oil: 5 ml
Onion: 30 gm
Bay leaf: 2
Salt: As per taste
Turmeric: 2 gm
Red chilli powder: As per taste
Coriander powder: 5 gm
Ginger-garlic paste: 20 gm
Chicken masala powder: 10 gm
Wheat flour for chapati: 20 gm
In a bowl, put curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chicken masala and combine them together.
Add boneless chicken to bowl and let it marinate for minutes.
Now take a non-stick pan and heat oil on medium flame.
Add bay leaves and onion to the pan and saute it till it turns golden.
Add marinated chicken and cook for minutes.
As the chicken releases some water, cover it with a lid and cook for minutes. Keep stirring it occasionally.
After minutes, check whether the chicken is cooked or not. If cooked well, add ml of water and cook it for another minutes and switch off the flame. To enhance the taste you can add kasturi methi or coriander leaves.
Knead dough with wheat flour and water. Make chapatis on a griddle or a chapati maker. Curry can be eaten with both chapati and rice.
