Milk, low fat: 10 ml
Bread: 2 slice
Cheese cubes: 2 pieces or 50 gm
Butter: 8 gm
Paneer: 20 gm
Corn: 15 gm
Capsicum: 10 gm
Onion: 20 gm
Garlic: 1-2 pods
Green chilli: 1
Orgeno: 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp
Salt & pepper: To taste
In a bowl, mix together softened butter, finely chopped garlic, green chillies, coriander and oregano powder.
Microwave grated cheese cubes along with milk for - seconds.
Spread the garlic butter on bread, followed by chopped vegetables, crumbled paneer and top it with melted cheese spread.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at degrees Celsius for - minutes (all ovens have different temperatures, so adjust accordingly) till you see the cheese turning brown.
PS: Please switch the bottom rod halfway through to avoid getting burnt toast from the bottom.
