Onion- 50 gms Eggs - 2 whole Butter - 5 gms Salt to taste Pav - 40 gms
Heat pan . Add chopped onions, finely chopped green chilli and coriander. . Add butter and sauté . . Sprinkle some salt as per taste. . Crack the eggs directly on to the sautéed veggies . Scramble scramble cook cook . Once done roasts the pav on the same pan. Enjoy !!!
