200 gm chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
50gm low fat yoghurt
5 gm almonds soaked in water, peeled and ground into fine paste with water
10gm refined oil
1 medium size onion finely sliced
Marinate Chicken with yoghurt, almond paste, tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, / tsp cumin powder, / tsp Turmeric powder, tsp coriander powder, / tsp garam masala powder, tsp ginger garlic paste and salt as per taste. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add whole kashmiri red chilli, - methi seeds, tsp whole jeera seeds. once it starts to splutter add the onion. Fry onion on low medium heat till brown
Then add the marinated chicken. Mix well. Cover and cook until chicken is tender. About - minutes max. I added water and salt to taste and a bit of stevia since I wanted some gravy and sweetness. If you want to make this preparation dry then skip the water.
Lastly add / tsp garam masala, cream(if you have it in your macros). I skipped the cream but it still turned delicious! Enjoy!!!
