Sago -25 g soak in water overnight
Whey - one scoop ( masala milk flavoured or kulfi )
Milk -100 g
Cardamom powder , saffron
Cashews- optional
Soak sago in water overnight, cook in ml milk + ml water till soft and transparent
Cool and add whey protein powder, to half mixture and mix it in a blender Then add remaining sago
Add cardamom powder, saffron and refrigerate
