250gms poha 150gms peanuts 100gms almonds jaggery in required quantity as per taste. 50gms pumpkin seeds 10ml ghee or 50ml milk 5scoops whey protein
step: Dry roast poha till it becomes hard step: Dry roast cocanut powder till it's red in color. step: Now take a mixing jar add roasted poha , coconut and jaggery as required for taste. step:dry roast peanut and almonds and mash them in to small pieces step: Take a bowl add -scoops whey and all other item mentioned above , add pumpkin seeds ,sesame seeds for better taste . step: mix then add ghee or milk to your palms and make round ladoos. step: enjoy protein rich ladoos.
